Privacy Policy

FYNL Sweep collects only the information needed to sell and deliver the service. This is an MVP policy draft and will be reviewed before public launch.

Information we collect

We collect your email address, subscription status, and payment-provider identifiers. Stripe processes payment-card information; FYNL Sweep does not store complete card numbers. Basic technical logs may include IP address, browser information, and request timestamps.

How we use information

We use information to process subscriptions, deliver reports, provide billing management, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We expect to use Stripe for billing, Resend for email delivery, and Cloudflare for hosting and security. Each provider processes information under its own privacy terms. Project information in FYNL Sweep reports originates from public City of Chicago records.

Retention and security

We retain account records while a subscription is active and afterward as reasonably necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal obligations. We use access controls, signed billing links, encrypted connections, and minimal data collection, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may cancel through the secure billing link in any report. You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible information by emailing support@fynlsweep.com.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. Material updates will be posted here with a revised effective date.
